The CLiQQ Kiosk Screen, Step by Step
Inside the store, the in-store CLiQQ kiosk terminal offers the same add e-money flow as the app, for a shopper who doesn’t have the app installed. Select “Add E-Money” on the kiosk’s touchscreen, choose GCash or Maya, enter the amount, and the terminal prints a barcode slip instead of showing one on a phone screen. Hand that slip to the cashier the same way you’d show a phone barcode.
7-Eleven Cash-In: What CLiQQ Actually Supports
Per CLiQQ’s own FAQ, a 7-Eleven cash-in through CLiQQ covers three e-wallets: GCash, Maya and Coins.ph, alongside CLiQQ’s bills-payment functions for utilities, credit cards, online shopping and government payments. If the Barcode Won’t Scan or the Balance Doesn’t Update
Problem

Fix
A barcode that won’t scan has usually expired — generate a fresh one at the register rather than reusing an old screenshot. If the cashier successfully scanned it and took payment but the wallet balance still hasn’t updated after about ten minutes, keep the printed receipt and contact the wallet’s own support line with the reference number on it; CLiQQ generated the barcode, but the wallet provider is who can trace the load.
Using a CLiQQ Cash-In for a Casino Account
Open the casino’s cashier and check whether it lists the wallet your cliqq cash in funded, for your account.
Match the name on the wallet to the name on the casino account before you deposit.
Confirm the wallet balance updated in the store first, since a deposit attempt against an unfunded wallet just fails at the next step.
