Every PAGCOR-licensed floor in Entertainment City runs the same entry checklist, Okada Manila included.
21 minimum age, ID checked at the door before a player reaches the floor.
Barred categories apply: students of any Philippine school, college or university, government officials and employees directly connected with government operations, AFP and PNP members, and anyone listed in PAGCOR’s National Database of Restricted Persons.
A player who cannot produce a valid ID at the check does not get past it, regardless of age.
